We recently bought a Gazco Vogue gas fired stove. The service we got was absolutely excellent. So professional. We are delighted with it and it is the focal point in our room.

Terrible service. Was told numerous times a worktop was being delivered then did not show up. Massive waste of time. Then one day was given the excuse that a piece of worktop "went missing from the van". How do you lose a 200kg piece of 6ft worktop. Was then told we would get some money back at the time but when asked about this after the install I was told "prove we offered you money back". Avoid.
